Peach Iced Tea

China black tea is medium bodied and brews to a lovely clear brown with slight russet tints. The peach nose is appealingly fragrant and is just right for this popular iced tea. The natural sweetness tastes great when served over ice, and you can add garnishes or flavors.
1) Boil 2 cups of water and pour over a tea bag into a gallon container.
2) Steep for 15 minutes and then fill the container with 6 cups of cold water.
3) Remove teabag.
4) Garnish with fresh peach or mint.
If you prefer, you may brew the tea by using the cold brewing instructions which are included on the back of the bag instead. This cold overnight brew delivers lower tannins in the final product.
