TEA POT - GLASS GOURD

1. Place two teaspoons of tea in the glass pot. Or, alternatively, two 3-finger pinches in the case of larger leaves.

2. Following tea instructions for temperature, fill tea pot 2/3rds full of water and steep leaves 2-3 minutes.

3. Serve tea in a small cup, and when the liquid in the tea pot falls to half full, top it back up to 2/3rds full.

4. Continue until the tea brew becomes insipid or lacking in character.
