An exceptional jasmine tea which is tightly rolled into beautifully made pearls of pale leaf and bound with jasmine flowers. It is an excellent quality tea and has a wonderful, fine flavor; a delight to look at as well as to drink. Several brews can be made from the same leaves. They unfurl as they infuse, offering a visual explanation for the "Agony of the Leaves". The process is so dramatically named because the curled or rolled dried leaves are infused with water and open up "agonizingly."  Brew in a clear glass teapot to enjoy viewing this beautiful display.
