Shipping Policy
All orders are packed as soon as possible and shipped via USPS. Please allow several days for delivery. The Savannah Tea Room calculates shipping costs based on product weight and destination.
Please note Savannah Tea Room does not assume responsibility for reimbursement of merchandise damaged or lost in transit, or for incorrect mailing addresses given by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the goods sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Call us at 912.656.6430 during business hours if you have questions about any of the teas we sell, or send us an email - sales@savannahtearoom.com and we shall do our best to provide guidance.
If there is an error on our side with your order, please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
