Dragon Well, known as Lung Ching in its native country of China, is probably the most renowned green tea in the world. It is particularly noted for its four unique characteristics: long hand-flattened shiny leaves, jade color, earthy aroma, and mellow, lingering flavor. Unlike most other teas, Dragon Well is not rolled during processing. Instead, the leaves are pan-fired by skilled artisans, thereby imparting unique attributes of a distinct sweetness.
