MATCHA - KOCHI
Usucha:
1. Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil.
2. Allow water to cool until 160-175 degrees.
3. Sift two blueberry size scoops (4g) into tea bowl using bamboo chashaku or stainless steel Perfect spoon.
4. Gently pour 6oz cooled water into bowl.
5. Wet out chasen (bamboo whisk), and using a W motion, whisk vigorously for 15 seconds or until desired froth is achieved.
6. Sip and enjoy!
7. Rinse chasen and allow to air dry.
8. Consume within two weeks.
