Stove-top safe with filter removed. Dishwasher safe. NOT microwave safe!
1. Place one rounded tablespoons of tea in the stainless steel filter. Or, alternatively, three 3-finger pinches in the case of larger leaves.

2. Following tea instructions for temperature, pour water over leaves until the tea pot is full and steep leaves for suggested time.

3. Remove filter, close lid and pour.

4. Continue rebrewing leaves until the tea brew becomes insipid or lacking in character.
